- By all others (only during Willoughby office business hours): $500
- Setup: by Willoughby staff, available only during Willoughby office business

- Bar: Use of the bar – $100.00
- Kitchen: Use of the kitchen – $100.00
- Dance Floor: Use of the dance floor – $250.00
- Payment is made by check to the Willoughby business office.
