  • Residents and Owners (4 hours or less during Willoughby office business hours): $100
  • Residents and Owners (all other times; courtesy Staff required): $250
  • By all others (only during Willoughby office business hours): $500

  • Bar: Use of the bar – $100.00
  • Kitchen: Use of the kitchen – $100.00

  • Payment is made by check to the Willoughby business office.
